Starch Ethers derivatives improve wet adhesion and anti-slip property of fresh mortars and pastes. ESAMID allows users to obtain soft plasters when applied by hand or by spray machine. The chemical modifications on the backbone of the polymer made it possible to use in the presence of alkaline conditions.
